No, you cannot buy a M3 turret/hull without buying the previous modifications. So if you would like to buy thunder M3, you would have to buy Thunder M0, M1, M2 and then M3. However, if you were to purchase an item in a kit, whatever modification it states in the description of the kit will be added to your garage. Try going to a quiet server to try out your game. Also try making your game length very long so it won't attract as many people, especially on a quiet server. Hope this helps.
