If it were, then it'd be too OP. The fact is Rico is very powerful at M2. When it's unlocked (at 1st LT) it's a monster over M1's and the weaker M2's. But when you rank up and get the higher grade M2's and M3's, Rico isn't all that powerful anymore. When you're a General with it M2, and everyone else has M3's, they won't be saying how OP it is anymore. That's why it is strong at lower ranks --- because it gets nullified at higher ones

If you use any M2 at a M1 level, you'll be OP. You have to remember that you will still be using M2 Rico when everyone else can have M3's or M4's If Tanki will continue on with 70% sales I'll get Dictator. Or have I missed it?
