I believe he is saying that there should be specific days wher you can buy anything that is m1's(turrets and hulls) and specific days for m2's(turrets and hulls). still need to buy some m1 hulls so why not put a sale on everything m1.Once it is upgrade to m1 the sale for that item is gone.
