I agree with AbsoluteAlpha - it's nothing to be discouraged about! PS If you're so worried about plagiarism you can add a watermark to your art like @eragon33 does

Hello tankers! Previously, I interviewed a forum mod, @DarkOperative, and this time, it's the turn of a reporter! So please welcome into the interview, *drumroll* @mcmonkey25! Legends White - TriNitroToluene Grey - mcmonkey 25 *** Hello, there, mcmonkey25! Thanks a lot for consenting to this interview, it means a lot to have you here with us. So first of all, let's get you acquainted with our audience (and me). What can we call you? Tell us about yourself and your background! Well, I'm 17 and from England. I have a range of hobbies including orienteering, writing and just chilling in front of the TV. I joined Tanki about two years ago, thanks to a recommendation by my friend LordVoIdemort. Since then I've been pretty much hooked. I recently became a reporter and am now also a Facebook moderator. most people know me as 'monkey'. Hey there, monkey! It's nice knowing you! I had no idea that you and Voldy were real-life friends. Now that we're well acquainted (in a manner of speaking) - CRUCIO! Tell us how you reacted to the game when you were first introduced to it by Tom Riddle - and about the journey to reporter (via the nug stages)! Well at first I thought it was pretty cool, much better than the other online games I had found. However, it was a bit of a struggle through the first part of my Tanki career. It took me a long time to learn how to use certain turrets and I wasn't very economical with my crystals. Having been bogged down with school work, I quit the game for a month after reaching W.O.4. I also didn't learn to turret turn until 1st Lieutenant, so perhaps I wasn't the best at the game. Since then, with the help of great clans, including my current one 'E'Sports Villains', I feel I've developed into a decent player and have grown to really like the game. I applied for reporter at Commander and amazingly, I got it! Since then I've been engrossed in the game, apart from the month long break I took recently. Well, there you have it! Everyone has nug times in their career. As a matter of fact, I was perhaps one of the first to comment on the article you sent for your application, namely 'Story of Inferno' if I'm not wrong. Moving on, tell us about your preferences - What is your favourite combo? What is your favourite map, and what game modes do you like? Have you ever bought a kit? Also, who are your best buds? Tell us about your choices. Well, my favourite combo has to of course be XP. But I do also enjoy Firebird and Hunter. The map which I use them on? Polygon. I feel it has great gameplay in all modes as well as being a great place to practice aim (and gold box hunting!) I have bought a kit in the past, two in fact! Back in my rookie days I got the Medium M2 Kit (Thunder, Viking, Emerald etc.) which I used for a long time. Then, the day I turned Brigadier, I got the infamous Light M3 Kit which I fell in love with immediately and have enjoyed ever since. It's tough to pinpoint an exact set of 'best friends' as I am close to many people. LordVoIdemort is definitely one, as well as my clan leader jzjyv and former FB moderator Federalissimo. There is an almost endless list of other people I could name... Yes! Another Firebird-Hunter lover! My brother from another mother!.... You mentioned quite a few clans a while back (in passing), so elaborate a little bit more about your clan experience. What has being in a clan taught you, and how is the team atmosphere? I've lost count of the number of clans I've been in. But what I do remember is that I really enjoyed being in them. From being co-leader in 'Tornado Tanks' with my friend Voldemort to being part of a former Dream Team winning clan, I have thoroughly enjoyed every training, meeting and Skype call. I've learnt many new skills with XP, how to work efficiently in a team and how to get very competitive! I've always found being in a clan great and I hope that I never have to find myself without one for too long. If you've never been in a clan, I would thoroughly recommend you to try one out. True... I've always told my teacher that SLTV teaches us far better co-ordination and skills than any project ever will. And you've won Gladiator! Wow, not bad. Now, I'll be covering a point you'll be eager to talk about - when did you think of applying for reporter? When did it all start? How did you feel when you got through? Note: I haven't won Gladiator  ... I joined Counter strike about a year after they won. Sorry... As for your previous question... I had always been into writing the odd article for the forum I guess and when I saw that applications were open for Reporter, I guess I couldn't help but try my luck! I was first encouraged to write after I saw my friend write an article. I thought I could better him and so decided to write my own, and after some praise from other community members, I chose to do it more often. Over time, my confidence built up, which meant that when I applied, I was writing some fairly good stuff! I was so happy when I got in as I had always wanted to work on the staff and I felt that Reporter would suit me well. Hmmm.... interesting (and silly jumping-to-conclusions me)! My story seems to be going the same way as yours (let's just assume that it's at the halfway stage). Time for an unconventional question. You write a lot of articles every month for the newspaper, but surely you don't use that irritating default font -_-. Which is the font style you use when writing a press article? Cool question! I have no set font, as it generally changes depending on what I'm writing. Lucinda is good for any intros. But I like Trebuchet for the bulk of the text. Tahoma I use for stories and Courier New for anything about the past/ just for when I'm bored! A-ha! So I can see my reporting guru in you! I prefer Lucida for headings, and Tahoma for the main body. Courier New, well, I use them to symbolize documents. *Same pinch*. Continuing in the same vein, we all know pictures are very important in gracing an article. So do you make your title pictures yourself, get them from a personal source or request the newspaper designer (is there even one?) for help? Lhamster is generally the go-to guy. He does great headings, but I've known Remaine to do some as well. I certainly couldn't do anything like that as my 'Paint' skills aren't exactly brilliant, as shown by my attempt at my own contest Equipment Advertising. If I need a quick title or subtitle, I will make the odd small piece using Word fonts and colours but aside from that, I generally get them from the pros. Mm-hmm! So you're basically a writing-only guy, huh? #HardcoreAuthor... Well, I guess that's it from the Tanki point of view. Now we move to - real life! What do you do when you're not playing Tanki or writing those boss articles? Well, aside from school, I pretty much just chill. I'm quite sporty so my weekends are taken up with running, orienteering or badminton but I enjoy a good lie-in or just to slump on the sofa. I act in plays when they're happening and enjoy going to the cinema, if it's a good film of course. Badminton? Gosh, you are sounding more and more like my brother..... well, I guess we've come to the end of this interview. But, before you go, please give some words of advice to aspiring players and reporters so that they can find solace in the fact that they have a long way to go! I guess it's a long road to go down, but it's very rewarding. Being part of such a large community in this growing game is a great feeling. In my opinion, the best way to get going, in the game as a whole or as a reporter, is to dabble your toes in the water for a while. Try it out, spend time on the game or writing those articles. Once you grow your confidence, you really get rolling and find yourself with great opportunities. So don't give up early on, keep on going. I mean, I was rejected from staff positions 5 times before I got my first! That... is why Tanki reporters tend to be the best orators around! Thanks a lot for your time, and I hope you enjoyed this interview! Till then, this is TNT. I sure hope we meet again! Been a pleasure talking with you! *** That, folks, was monkey for you! Upvote if you liked it, and please suggest some more!

Actually in the romance parts the male guy sings first and then the female heroine joins in

What? I am an Indian and study in an Indian school in India, and people here sure know what dating is! If he's in tenth, better not disclose your grade (he won't say no if you're american :P). Just speak with him, he won't tell anyone. Usually in my school, people become so shy if someone proposes to them and they reject that they don't tell anyone else. So either way, you're safe ;) . If he accepts, good for you.

Yep, he gave WAY cooler answers than @mcmonkey25 (I interviewed him too) And no offence, mcmonkey, your replies were awesome too! Just that Darky gave replies worthy of reporter (considered it Dark?)
