Well depends on the amount of crystals you currently have or the amount of crystals you earn within a week maximum. I'd say go for railgun if you already have a m3 hull sitting in your garage. If you don't have one, still go for it as it is quite useful at almost every modification level specially when it comes to m3.

Wow, this is so confusing. First, players(tanki community) wanted physics to be in the game very badly. Also many players were happy with the new physics when testing in the test server. Middle finger - Up arrow key and down arrow key Second finger- Left arrow key Fourth finger- Right arrow key, Pg up & Pg dn (Left hand) Second finger- X & spacebar (left hand) Middle finger- Z (when second finger is busy with spacebar) & X. That's how I do it, very comfortable for me. :)
