Tanki Online Crystals Guide Crystals are used to buy and upgrade items in your garage.At top of your screen you will see a bar showing anmount of your crystals When buying an item, you will see it's price and a "Buy" button: Information about crystals: Crystals are In-game currency.You can use them to buy or upgrade items in your garage.You can buy turrets, hulls or paints. If you didn't knew, there are Gold Boxes worth of 1 000 crystals.But it's not easy to get a gold box.You need to fight for it. Ways to earn crystals: 1.Playing battles 2.Taking Gold Boxes 3.Winning contests: This game also has contests which are organized by staff.You need to participate.Make a good entry and maybe you will win some of main prizes. 4.Saving Up: Don't buy ALL items in garage.You will spend way too much crystals for nothing.Most of those turrets/hulls/paints you won't even use twice in career.Focus on buying one combination and upgrading it.Example: Hornet and Railgun with Prodigi paint. Wrong Way: Buy all Turrets and Hulls in game, buy many paints Right Way: Buy One Hull, One Turret, One Paint and Upgrade them. 5.Ranking Up: This game has ranks which you can earn by earning XP (experience points).Each rank you earn will give you some crystals.When getting a low rank you will get a small anmount of crystals.When getting a high rank you will get much more crystals. Here is list of ranks and crystals which you get for getting that rank: 6.Buying Crystals: For this option you will have to spend real money.Near the Crystals bar you will see a "Buy" bar with a + sign next to it.You can buy via SMS, Pay Pal etc. If you don't want to spend time on earning crystals or want to get good equipment as soon as possible this is the right way to do it.Buy crystals you need and rool out to battle field with your new equipment. As I mentioned this before, saving up is a good way to earn many crystals and buy good equipment as soon as it's unlocked.You shouldn't buy Everything in your garage.You should save up and buy only 1-2 combinations.Here is example: I will buy Hornet and Railgun m0 and Forester Paint.I will play with it until M1 Hornet and Railgun are unlocked.Then I am going to buy Hornet and Railgun M1 and a good paint, probably Swash.Then I am going to wait until I reach Second/First Lieutenant.Then I am going to upgrade my Hornet and Railgun to M2 and buy a good paint, probably Tundra to be well protected against railguns and/or Sandstone so I can play XP Format battles.Then I am going to wait till I get unlocked Hornet and Railgun M3.Then i buy Hornet and Railgun M3 and probably Emerlad or even better paint.Then I am free to spend my crystals on anything I want as I have what I need: M3 combination. That's it Tankers.
