roll back to flash player 11 and you will be fine

I have noticed the problems myself, the newer version on Flash Player are worse, use the FP 11 the original that's the best IMO, Thats what use without any problems. Link

That might be because of your internet, which might be slow, or you might clean cache regularly avoid doing that, clear cache only if you are having troubles with lags.

Refresh. It usually works well after refreshing, if it doesn't then do what X_Champ says.
