i play with 2 mbps internet speed, my PC is not too good with 2 GB ram and not even a dedicated graphics card and i still play high fps with lags. so why do people with 15 mbps and good PCs get lags and other problems.

it means that you cant connect to the tanki servers, means that the request sent to tanki server has not responded. and can you take a screenshot of you tracert and post here ?

it a bug, just refresh it will be alright. see there could be another thing happened, maybe that player accidentally closed his browser/flash player then join after a 1 or 2, so if he join that same server he will join the same battle with same score.
