Well, you're always free to post your game-related complaints in the 'Complaint Book' thread (as long as they're recent and urgent ones, as per thread's policy). As for the moving of posts: in case you do not receive a Forum quote notification from a moderator notifying you of your post's new location (which are generally only issued in cases of thread merging), you can first check your most recent posts tab, and if you cannot find your moved post in there you can then contact a Forum Moderator via PM and we'll send you your moved post's new location link.

Your Railgun is not "glitching", it's just that there's not that big of a difference between Railgun M1 and M2 in terms of its parameters. Considering that you don't have any micro-upgrades, upgrading your Railgun from M1 to M2 only gives you a mere +60,29 increase in minimum damage, and +116,18 increase in maximum damage, which is not that big of a span to be honest, thus meaning that you haven't been that "lucky" with high damage shots as you've been previously prior to upgrading your Railgun to M2. Another possible explanation for your apparent decrease in average damage per shot is that you've purchased the 'Round destabilization' alteration for Railgun after upgrading your Railgun to M2, of which effect is decreasing the potential minimum damage per shot to a mere =1hp, though increasing the maximum damage by +90%. Whichever of the above two reasons is, the "problem" certainly doesn't lie within the turret itself.
