He thinks that he's been moved to "Russian players only" server, so he's requesting to be moved to a server where there are only English speaking players, which of course is impossible, since you can no longer switch between game servers (EN, RU, DE and PL).

Servers have been merged, so you can no longer switch between EN, RU, DE and PL servers - now there's only "1" server.

I honestly don't think that the source of the container plays a role in the probability of getting it. It's all "luck".
