The ratings and statistics system has been integrated into the game on the 23rd of October, 2015. As to which type of information has been recorded prior to its implementation and which following it, please see the following table: In regards to your specific question, the total time spent in the game has been recorded since October 23rd, 2015, as per the Ratings' implementation.

Naw, Topic Starter is more fitting. You do not really 'own' the topic in a sense (except for its main post), but merely started a discussion (hence why topic starter) for the whole community to participate in.

Unfortunately, a refund in such scenarios is not possible, but only in case of your account being unlawfully accessed by someone else. You're just going to have to be more careful next time, and keep your younger brother under close supervision when playing. Do note that manually refunding the purchase from your side will result in your account getting blocked for payment fraud, so do not do that. Efficiency ranking is gradual (i.e. static) and is not reset on a weekly basis, unlike all of the other rating types. All of the rating types are being automatically updated on every few minutes; including Efficiency rating.
