Results [Issue 53.5] Continue the Story III, Part II.
greyat replied to greyat in [Issue 53.5] Continue the Story III, Part II. Newspaper Archive
Greetings. Again, I was pleased to see quite a few good entries; sadly, I could only select some for recognition. Here they are: In first place, winning 40 000 crystals, @Lethal_Injection's entry: The following entries merited a consolation prize: @KillerGnat: Escape - 15 000 crystals @Jwimmer: Thoughts of a madman - 10 000 crystals @Bluebird13: Apprising - 10 000 crystals Special mention to @himself_cos_hes_a_D's entry for an unique perspective on the premises given. Congratulations, and understand that there were many more that were of excellent quality.- 20 replies

My goodness. If you yourself recognise that your entry lacks quality, then why not improve it? The deadline is in 4 days - plenty of time for revision. A false accusation - completely unfounded. Just because @GoldRock declined your illegal request to help you edit your entry, doesn't mean he has a hatred of you. Although, I must mention that your incessant whining and flooding under this topic is irritating me greatly. As said before:

Ha. But then again, So, as I've said: at least not on this topic. PM me, if you wish to continue, but I doubt your ability to do so, with an utter lack of proper instruction in debate, which you've quite clearly demonstrated. At any rate - this is a waste of my time. By all means, think what you want.

Oh dear, resorting to insults, aren't we? If they don't even teach you how to properly argue a point at your school, I'm afraid that I will always remain in doubt as to the extent of your education. May I ask - when and where was I showing off what? I believe you're the one who once bragged about having a book published... As for the curriculum at your school, I doubt it extends beyond the teaching of how to act conceited, if you are by any means a representative of said school. After all, if people like you are the type that the school caters too... I'm not going to continue to argue with you; a quick review of your past posts has quickly indicated to me that you remain bitter about the Tanki Writing Club fiasco (incidentially - it was your own failings as a leader that led to the closure of that particular club...), that you're convinced that all of the staff are out to "get" you. Hm. I doubt anything I say will change that mindset. Statements such as don't help your case. To the homeschoolers at large: you'd do best to ignore him, he's just a bitter and underqualified troll. Arrogant people like him - you can't argue with them. At any rate, I congratulate you all on having a relatively successful topic, with the unfortunate exception of the presence of @Night-Sisters.

Judging by your manner, clearly they don't teach you much there...

Please don't flood my topic with irrelevant posts. I'll remove them now, but any more and I'll have to disqualify your entry.

Tragically, penguin continued multing, and helindu decided to switch to Loam despite it being a 4v3 at the very end...

A GG. Had to go on afk for a few stretches, apologies to those injured. Incidentally, I discovered that it's alarmingly easy to slip into a habit of not turning one's turret with Hornet-Isida.

I finally had some time to play; took two golds, lost one of the pictures. Here's the other one. Used one of my premium missions, found this interesting battle. A 1v1 200 point CP; I joined when it was around 90-150. NS, and equipment changes were off. To my chagrin, I found that the other fellow had M3 Isida-M2 Dictator and Irbis; I was using Isida and the premium paint. Since the fund at that point was over 3 000, I decided to stay. Despite his superior paint, I started winning gradually. Then he asked if my Isida was M4 and I said it was  , and he got so scared he went on pause for the last 50 points.

I am bereaved to announce that, due to insufficient funding, contest prizes will not be distributed. I hope you understand.
