You're sort of correct. But, instead of lowering the rank required for getting a mission, Tanki Devs are planning on making M2 versions of XT available at lower ranks. And can you please stop using colors? Original Gray is just fine :)

Well, it would change... drastically... Skype is obligatory for being a moderator, so I wouldn't have had my jobs if I didn't use skype, and thus I wouldn't have meet all the people I know now or the stuff I currently own. So Skype is veryyyyy important for me.

I understand why you're upset, I really do. But you're forgetting an important detail, which is that most users on this game are children, and you can't rant on a kid for just being a kid. I always remember this when I get upset or mad due to someone bugging me in the game, helps me chill:)

The battle does just become a drug battle, it actually goes like this (most of the time): As you experienced yourself, it's a process. Firstly, a drugger joins a normal battle, and starts drugging. Then, another player (probably someone that thinks he is better than the druggar) starts drugging back, to stop the original drugger, and then someone else sees, and drugs back to get a higher position or to maintain his current one, and then someone else starts, and another and another. So you see, it's like a virus, starts with 1 and infects the rest. Trust me, I've experienced this way too many times :/

You can also click on your rank bar in the game. Or go to your forum profile and click on the "Profile" hyperlink under your name. They said it changed every so often, not instantly. That's your choice of play. K/D is a universal thing, it doesn't matter what you play with or how you play.

It's impossible for me to get these achievements as I already have an M3 garage, I already bought them all!
