How come Freeze M2 barely slows anyone down after a sec. while Freeze M3 slows someone down after a very short amount of time? ....I feel like they only nerfed modifications for Freeze M2 and below...

Reflecting on my ace performance during a Highways CTF battle I realized I really love Titan M1. So, I have decided to buy Titan M2 , making it my highest priority. It's like Titan was made for Shaft! :wub:
