I agree that Titan M0-M3 and Mammoth (only M3, below it: Titan) are very good for DM, but you really underestimate the benefit of the extra speed of the Viking. If you use that speed well, the less HP is no issue at all. :) And Viking: in my opinion and (lesser) experience, definitely with Thunder in DM! Yep, I hope with you that Remaine is right and that Thunder is discounted the next event. Two Diamonds on my other main....still a long way to go.

Be Freeze! ;)
-
Yep! Totally OP with drugs....way too much....many druggers took Twins before the NP, now they take the Isida.....it never stops... :( I met two Isida 's that were teaming up in a Polygon DM (in a CTF it is probably even worse because they can heal each other). I became like a volcano too, but I already erupted during the battle!
-
Whatever or who ever he/she/it is: I would not be surprised if Godmode_ON will soon show us in battle the new prototype weapons....
-
Yep, that 's what the Isida does! :D
-
Ok...congratulations! B)

If you want a helpful answer you really got to be more specific: which hull and turret do you use, what Maps do you play the most etc. :)
-
My Viking - Thunder combo 's have Cedar (MU 'd 40%) too.... :P

Come on guys, it 's not that hard! "Some say that he drives his hulls through fields infested with bloodred Jalapeno peppers, and that he only fires shots made of a virgin Developer tears......all we know is, he 's called": THE STIG
-
Well, saw you play and I believe you, but I do not think that it counts for the vast majority of players! To put it otherwise, I much rather fight against a Hornet, than a Viking equipped with Thunder. ;) Put an evenly skilled Viking-Thunder against a Hornet-Thunder in a DM and I am quite sure that the speed in most cases will not prevail above the much higher HP of the Viking.
-
True, but you use the speed of your Viking and keep moving around. I prefer that myself too. It is an effective style and at least gives more fun, I think. But if you are skilled with your weapon (medium-, long distance in this case) and are not so keen on the "moving your tank around part" than Titan is an excellent choice! Only Mammoth M3 can come close. Really tough tank, hard to kill! B)

Let 's not start that.....it would be too harsh.....and smelly...... :D
-
Not really...general wisdom! :) ( generals and wisdom  )

For most girls/women there is someting about shooting and battles that they just don 't and won 't understand. Well they do miss a lot of the fun of Tanki :P : but sometimes in the real world it would be nice, if we the human beings with a little stick :D would understand those fights and war 's a little less too....
-
True indeed, I prefer a heavier hull (Viking-Thunder) myself too for DM (depends also on the size of the Map etc.) The only thing I wanted to mention that I do see (and fight...) those Hornet-combo 's in Polygon DM and if skilled can do very well! Especially the Isida M2/3 is OP in my opinion (a bit too much for my taste....) You do see Hornet combined with Thunder too, but I don 't think that is an ideal combo for at least a Polygon DM. For TDM and CTF it 's a different story: than this combo rocks.

You made a small typo: it should be "I wouldn 't mined" ;)

Well imo DM can be done with a Hornet equiped with Isida or Freeze. Needs a skilled player ofcourse, but than they can certainly get in the top of the score-list. (Talking about M2 or less I would say the preferable DM hulls are (random order): Hornet, Titan and Viking. At M3 level: Hornet, Titan, Viking, Dictator, Hunter and Mammoth (just depends on your style, map and weapon.) DM is not better, but it has a lot less issues: - No mults, at least it would not be the smartest strategy... :D - No team that can let you down, or you yourself letting a team down - Still in DM you can and often will make a team with a skilled player, or you support a lower-ranker with guts... B) - Yes, there are druggers, but they can 't really "kill" a DM as they can and do in CTF 's - With a good number of kills, you ALWAYS get a fair share of the battlefund, not so in CTF 's - Long DM 's like the 999 kills DM 's are very profitable! You can go in at lets say 300 kills before the end, make a good number of kills, and get a very nice amount of crystals! Reason: many players leave along the way for several reasons, but they have helped to raise the battlefund.... B) So yeah, DM has it 's benefits, but ofcourse lacks the big team experience and nice uncertainty of a CTF.

Well just looking at the equipment I call it a draw. Isida M2 and M3 have become really strong after the New Physics. Freeze is still going strong... So IMO it depends with which weapon you will have the most fun! If so, than I would choose Freeze.
-
Well that makes at least two of us! If he mostly does without drugs as ZiAa says: than it would be nice of you Raphael to post one as a non-drugger! B)
-
^ also "nooby" quality picture, Revilo! :P Score 523, D/L 53/4=13 ? Good score than!
-
Nice that you and your dad both play! B) So it 's 24h Tanki playing and talking in the house?? ;)
-
Well the latter would go too far for now, might take it to chats sometime though. The last thing I say is that I am really stunned!
-
Even this reaction is quite matured....you impress me ZiAa! Are you even the real one...an older brother perhaps? :) Or did reason finally find his way.... B) Come one, there must be some old ZiAa in you, I might even going to miss the old one.... :(

Wait for a sale. In the mean time you could for example start another account with Hornet - Rail to become even more skilled or choose another weapon. It will improve your Hornet control and it is always a bonus to have some variety. I believe it will help your gameplay too. Just be certain to get your main-account rankwise, ready for the sale! This is ofcourse not the best way if you just want to rank fast, but it will help you to get more skilled with your combo. And rank faster from the point of restarting your main. If the sale is there you get the Rail M1, "unfreeze" your main-account and than let the party really begin! :D With the crystals you save you can go for Tundra paint as well. Really nice paint for a Railer...a must?.... :)
