Those are critical man. Newbies first of all don't know how to turn their turrets till Low-High ranks. Newbies also block you till you dead just to get flag capture. I have seen people just stay at base and try to block/flip flag taker. And don't even talk about dis-aim you. I say all time "Watch and drive newbies" but still they hit like corner of hornet and make their own teammates dis-aim toward enemy.
