It is due to the reduction of pause time from 5 to 2 minutes. I would suggest you to go on a lonely server and first load the map you wish to play. Since then the required cache will be obtained. You will be able to play effortlessly from thereafter.

Good Idea, indeed. I always want to keep a record of where I played and how much exp/crystals did I earn.

For that problem, I would suggest you to make a new Monte Carlo or Noise battle on a different, and lonely server like RU17 or EN6, then enter the map. This way all the necessary resources will get downloaded, and from further off when you join those maps, your loading would be fairly small, resulting you in not getting kicked from the battle.

I bought only kits when I was a low rank. Buying individual items seemed like a foolish Idea to me back then. Then, I ranked to the M3 level and then the prices became too high for me to cope with as I didn't play a lot. So then I started buying individually. Although buying kits till M2 ranks at max just 1 or 2 is sufficient to earn enough crystals whilst enjoying the game.

It still does wonders on supplies. I don't know about stock m3. My one is heavily MU'd. My M4 smoky feels like M3 due to the reload and decrease in critical dmg after update. Still it has enough power to rock the battlefield I'd say.
