The client automatically puts you on a less crowded server, if the original allocated server for your rank is full, or somewhere near being full. It's not an issue, that is how the system works.

Yea those are some weak points of the Client, but they are only for the time being. Our developers are working as fast as they can to fix that issue and get going with it. If you still face those problems I would suggest using standalone flash player as suggested above, or a generic browser like firefox etc.
