Hammer is way better than Vulcan in both those maps (without drugs and with your 2 chosen hulls). I recommend waiting for hammer As for Hulls, Hunter is more versatile than Dictator and works well in both maps, whether as Dictator is only really good on Polygon. Go for Hunter as well :)

TBH, I don't think the sale will be better than 50% so good move on getting it
