Of the AMX? I think it just looks that way in the picture. AMX's are autoloaders which mean they have a faster reload of an ordinary manual loading tank, they can be deadly.

Railgun is more irritating than a serious threat on the battlefield, Why? because they shoot, panic, reverse then fall over and die. Then come back with double power on.
