1st of all. EN clans have used hacks/cheated to win. Lets take an example of Deadly Army and their disqualification in CC9 for sharing accounts. Secondly "biased mods?" Do you have any legit proofs to throw that serious statements? If so, would be kind if you would share in PM, but if dont have, then lets please not spread false rumors.

Kinda wrong to judge Russian players by 2 of which you have met. There are many (many many many) players who will help to other community members, its just might be their age of players you met, that were using advantage of your disorganization. As in real life. Show positivity and fair play to others and chain will start. There always will be exepctions, but that shouldnt ruin fact that helping is caring and caring is most needed. I wish you best of luck in EN tournaments and in Russian tournaments.
