guys i will buy a heavy hull. mammoth or titan. i hate slow things but then titan m3 has only ~30 hp more than my mued dict. also zeus/lumberjack? and twins/hammer? is thunder good now? planning to play in short/mid range with these combo. posting here because of so many expert guys are here...

the clay-hunter-smoky, mammy-lumb-twins and dict-vulc-zeus all are very good. VERY. not sure how vulcan goes with dictator, but other two are just superb combos with really great paints.

wasp is GREAT. it is fun. i don't think you will regret buying wasp.

thanks, eric. but i don't typically play that late. do make the game if you have enough players, if i am online i can join (maybe i will send an invitation, seeing that you can ask me to join that private battle). but i cannot commit right now. to mods: we know things are a bit off-topic. but i think these "educational" posts will be helpful for potential gold-catchers who often play wasp/hornet-fire. :)

just to let you guys warn of a well-known, often-forgotten fact to gold catchers: DON'T PLAY MORE THAN 1 VS 1 WASP FIRE WITH STRANGERS. EVER. EVEN THEY ARE FRIENDS OF YOUR FRIENDS. yesterday i was playing the above mentioned poly cp xp bp with @ethanisme and @Erik0015. then they asked me for a wasp fire. i was tired as hell but thought that a single wasp fire will do no harm. and maybe some golds. but soon all the hell broke loose. they invited their friends. while ethan and erik were cool, their friends were not. in team chat people were constantly bullying me for not capping the arena cp so that we can win, though we "agreed " to get the points even. the team of ethan and erik went berserk with one wearing lumberjack/zeus and one finally shifting to lumb+titan+twins. at this point i played for 20+ minutes, the fund was 8500+ . ethan tried to get even points for both, which was agreed upon initially but nobody listened. erik said the game was meant to be a friendly one, but... i become so frigging irritated i left the game. if i want a full-blown match then why say it a friendly cp at all? to clarify, i am not saying anything against ethan or erik, they seemed reasonable. but probably you already get my point.

a bit difficult, compared to titan or dictator. try not to expose your tank too early to avoid dying, but don't be so late that your tank gets completely blocked by other tanks. also if your hull can not touch gold, try to touch it with the turret, that sometimes works due to hunter's better height compared to Viking or hornet. best of luck...
