You can still be 2 shooted by M3 and M2 Rail with 10%, so 10% doesn't really matter. On the other hand it takes 3 shots to kill a hornet with Prodigi.

If Railgun is your dream turret and you are good at using it then I suggest getting it but there is a lot of Prodigi on the battlefields because of kits.. On the other hand at M3 Ricochet is very powerful but M2 Ricochet isn't as powerful as Railgun in my opinion. My recommendation M2 Railgun. ;)
