its easy college is type of learning process.... where u take classes for different fields....just go to ur dad n say i have interest in business management or investment skills.... there are many courses offered by private universities for business learning skills....just tell ur dad what u told us here.... afterall he's ur dad.... n if u r confident of ur talent then surely he will be with u.... for example... there are many celebrities who did college for formality but there main work was to show their talent in their passion or lovable fields..... like many cricket players play cricket professionally n also attend college......but there parents dont force them to concentrate more on studies,,,, as parents know their child is gud in their lovable fields.... so u have to do the same thing bro.... :)
