Thunder would be a monster if it had critical hit. I'm just a noob going up against warrantOs and the M1 Thunder can kill my hornet with a quickness. I usually use the Rico but I really like thunder's greater range. On another note, all stats aside, Thunder is the best looking turret out there. It looks just like the barrel of a 45 caliber handgun. It kinda looks like the U.S. model 1911.

Yes, the Rico was nerfed but so what. I still use it. Now if I'm up against a strong hull then I have to fire and fade just like many other turets do. I've seen players who just sit there and go head to head with enemy tanks and are running out of shots and getting killed. I've noticed that I've really got to aim well and land each shot or else I run out before the enemy dies. Of course it's harder to aim since the shot speed has been decreased. So those rico users without skills are now easy kills for other turets. If you want to get Mega kills then you've gotta do as I do. Dance like a butterfly and sting like a bee *edit* hornet.

I see a LOT of players criticizing Tanki in this thread. They basically say this offer only helps buyers, but the 50% off micro-upgrades also benefits nonpayers. Note to nonpaying players: Buyers are the ones keeping this game free for you. Think of all the investment and ongoing expenses Tanki must pay. Computer programmers, software developers, etc., do not work for free. Servers and other hardware cost money as well, and Tanki is trying to be a successful company. So don't knock Tanki for this kind offer, and don't knock the buyers. Play on.
