Dictator has the best stats in the game, it used to be better but it's still the tallest hull, has the best acceleration, pushing power, speed of a medium hull, weight and stability of a heavy hull. Dictator is very stable for a medium hull, it has a weight of 3600 and comparing that to Titan which is 3800 (m4), any more stability would make it even harder to rock.

I dislike the lack of stability of viking only ONE twins plasma is enough to move my hull its a joke even if they shot at the front of my hull the impact I feel is allot, Its like a light hull, they buffed hunter on the other hand since it has better stability acceleration power height and maybe shape, but too late to switch viking now though so I will use the top speed advantage for now

At low ranks you should stick to smoky+hunter save up for an early m1 kit like keeper and then continue saving up with farming with a kit like keeper until you buy an expensive m1 kit thats worth it if they are none buy expensive m1s on sale, and then save for m2s the early m2 kits are not that great so save up for a good m2 kit during the longer waiting time u can upgrade ur expensive m1 or m1 kit or even buy an early m2 if you can afford it after you buyer your m2 kit you can buy a 2 or 3 more m2s maximum if needed and then save for m3 kits or MU your m2 combo step by step, after you reach m3 kit rank you can basically buy anything you want and you have time to even save for another m3 kit during the time it takes to get to marshal if you want and at marshal all m3s are unlocked, buy all m3s you want and think about m4 and modules at later ranks, you will be experienced enough to choose what you want by then.

This alteration would build up damage over time, But add an overheating effect to twins. I think this would be useful in Small CP maps in which you have to deal damage quickly before you die The overheating effect may not be worth it in medium-large maps. The damage can go up till 2x unless overheating starts taking pace, it will be slow at start (maybe at the same rate as vulcan) but soon start doing allot of damage, so a heavy hull would be the best for this alteration, similar to vulcans self-damage being reduced by fire protection the same will happen with twins overheating damage. I don't know if 2x is too less or too much but if 2x means the same as twins with double damage it may be allot so its up to developers to decide how much the damage will build up until overheating takes place. When overheating takes place the damage will no longer increase.
