Yes, Vulcan has changed a bit. An also new this year, is it causes less damage while overheating. This last change came due to many people using Isida and Titan OD to heal while overheating.

I agree. I would suggest suggesting this in the "Ideas and Suggestions" Thread. I think tomorrows Vlog will have more info on all the tanki bugs that are such a pain right now. I am sure the Developers are working on it.

Sorry to hear this. We are having a lot of people having the same issues. The Dev's know about this and are working on it. PLease be patient. The Developers know about this issues and have mentioned it in the Vlog. They are working on it. It will take patience from everyone as this is not something simple to fix.

I am not sure of the Timer part. That was just my assuming they might have a timer on it. But come to think of it, if there is a timer, then it would be displayed on the missions. I have a feeling it might have been more because of the Server Update. They have been updating a lot of things and usually any progress can be unfortunatly lost.
