No. You do not get Bonus containers for capturing a faction's capital. It is considered as any other 1 VP territory. If you capture it, you get 1 VP. That is all about Capitals. The reason Capitals were given is that they were symbolized as the starting points of a faction's progress during War.

Around 45-55 FPS with Mip-Mapping, Skybox ON (Don't laugh, My PC had only these options :D) My PC never had the option "Automatic Graphics Quality", so some good graphics that would suit will be good.

Capturing a territory does not give you Victory Points. You have to hold the captured territory for one full turn. You will notice the difference in Turn 7 for captured regions of Turn 6.
