Yeah I had this kind of problem too, it was fixed automatically while refreshing the page (like 5/10 times) ;)

If your e-mail adress ends like *****.fr instead of *****.com , it may not work. I advice you to create a new one. :)

Did you enter your nickname correctly? Did you link your account ? (it's better to have a gmail linked adress)

You just need to link your account to get it reserved.
