It's quite simple: Forgot people who are annoying you. Try to play battles using your skill, and only that; and then clans will come for you. Tanki is a game not a social network, you don't need to talk in the public chat. :) You will see that people is giving you more attention because you are a skilled player and not a talkative player. That is all I can advice you to do.
