Hammer-Hunter M2 for you. Then save for Medic or Jackhammer kit. (There is no best combo, but many ways to play it. Like using peek or boo with hammer or hiding in tunnel with isida)

It's an awesome combo until more enemies using Africa & Rock start to appear.
