Well the easiest way is to find or write a program to decypt it, for which you need to know what kind of encryption it is, and the password for that quiz is just about the most simple kind of encryption that exists :)

I don't think that's a good idea, it's just a bright colour in the corner of your screen to distract you, as well as adding another unnecessary feature which will make players mult more while using it.
