Cause i mean i did it again but they like i fowarded and replyed but I mean i sent it from 7/20/16 thats like 10 days then 7 day saying they got what they needed and also i moved from New York to Maryland in 2014 thats when i didnt know the info how will they get my ip etc i mean i remember what i used to use a lot. So basically i message tankionline they havent responded from 7/23/16 it said they will respong in maxium of 7 days but idk whats taking them longer please help me.I want to play back on my hardworked account.:(
