Let's forget everything else, these are the two situations we have now:- 1) The drone provides 50% additional power to the "Double Armor" supply without any micro-upgrades; 2) The drone provides 200% additional power to the "Double Armor" supply at maximum micro-upgrades. This is according to the Official Tanki Wiki, you can compare this to the values you see in the Test Server (If it differs) to check which is going to be stronger, etc... And my assumption, "Double Armor" supply already provides 50% reduction to the damage dealt so if the drone is supposed to be adding another 50% to the supply then it would make it 100% meaning your tank is invincible now! So I think the drone doesn't directly apply or add the extra percentages of effects to the "Double Armor" supply but it simply reduces the stated '%' of damage accordingly to the damage dealt to the tank along with the 50% protection from the "Double Armor".
