Most probably he has earned the score higher due to other factors responsible for the same, like damaging an opponent without being able to kill him, capturing a CP, or healing a teammate (in case he was an Isida)...So at the end his score was higher with less number of kills...

My most favorite is Marshal, and after that Brigadier...Common reason being that they have the most cool rank symbols..Marshal being more favored coz it's even more better in terms of gameplay...you can very well get M4s and play amongst a wider range of ranks... ;) That's my reason why i haven't ranked up since ages :P

Try reporting this to the helpdesk by sending an email to help@tankionline.com...IF it was the server's fault, you'll be compensated, and if that occurred due to your internet/PC or any other problem on your end, then you might not be refunded...

Well, mate, apparently, this case is of keyboard ghosting...when multiple keys from the same sequence are pressed simultaneously, some keys get ghosted and do not react.Know more about Keyboard Ghosting.. A solution would be to either reallocate your keys or simply buy a new gaming keyboard to avoid this problem...;)

Um, you can try a retest by pressing both the shift keys and typing that sentence?

That seems quite weird.. Actually, the problem that you mentioned occurs due to 'keyboard ghosting' and not because of any tanki bug..rather, there's no such bug......but the result to the test you gave, reveals no ghosting of keys (are you sure you pressed BOTH the shift keys?) You use the same laptop to play the game, with which you did the above test, right?

That's probably due to your keyboard, specifically Keyboard Ghosting.Type "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." while holding down BOTH right and left shift keys. Then post the results here.

It's a known bug...it usualy happens in 2 kinds:Either you're not able to pick a particular box (even after a death) while you can pick up the others; or you're not able to pick up any box (until you're killed once) In both the situations, a simple page refresh solves the problem.. However, in the first situation when you're not able to pick one particular box, there's an easier walkthrough...just let anyone else pick up that box...the next time it drops, you can pick it..

HelpDesk needs to be contacted via an email through Gmail, Rediffmail, Hotmail, Outlook, or wherever you have an account..You initally get an automated reply as a confirmation that they've received your mail..after that you just have ti wait for a manual reply... they'll definitely reply, max within a week at most..so don't worry ;) You might want to have a look to this topic That's not any bug...It was intentional along with a recent update...;)
