Agreed with the first two paragraphs. However, when rail, shaft and isida shoot through walls, they don't really, it's just lag. All the other turrets seem to do the same when I'm running behind cover.

Maybe the reason they might not transfer the data over to Unity is because it might not be possible? I really hope that's the reason that they didn't say "We probably will be transferring accounts over to Unity Tanki Online"

I'm not stupid. -_- However, I can't play more because my internet is often way too bad to actually play well, and my computer crashes too much when I'm trying to play it.
