Gold boxes drop randomly among a variety of drop positions, you can't choose a certain place for them. Maybe you were just lucky to have it dropped beside you.

You forgot to obey the following rules: Gather at least 4 players whom must acknowledge their membership by posting, "I am in this club." You are NOT allowed to make topics on the forum to advertise a club / recruit members. Once the club topic is made, all the members have to confirm their membership by writing "I am in this club." in the topic. If after 2 days not enough members have confirmed their membership to the club, it may be considered invalid and closed. Also, it's "Flying", not "Fliying". Fix it if you don't mind, just trying to help :) Good luck! ;)
