True. General advice for fighting anyone with supplies for you: DD beats DA, DA+Repair kit beats DD, and Speed Boost is useless in combat.

It's also better than Smoky at taking on drugged-up players. If your entire team swarms one, Hammer puts dents in them even if they use DA or Repair Kit, and if you use DD you can more or less disable them entirely.
