My idea is a spherical, cage-like hull that has mediocre armor and handling, but a fair amount of speed and a special ability. It's built around a frame with the turret always on the "top", and a gyroscope keeping it stable through science and other space wizardry. While moving your turret is locked in place, you cannot move it at all. But once you come to a complete stop, you can move the entire hull up and down to aim by pressing Q and E respectively to aim higher and lower. The real challenge comes from trying to balance the entire thing, so it will unlock at a very late point to avoid confusing newer players.

I said it a few years ago when I first started and came back an hour later. I miss being twelve years old.
