Twins has a clear weakness, it can't fire far and it can't use cover. You also can't target multiple people with it. Vulcan is the epitome of overpowered. Like the cerebral bore from Quake.

They're somewhat rare and typically mounted with Thunder or Shaft. I don't know, it could also have to do with Vulcan.

I think the real problem with Vulcan is that it has no exact weaknesses: It doesn't know what it wants to be. It performs well at every range but has reduced damage over a long range, can play multiple roles, and can decimate anything with help. But it's only weakness is easily countered, and you can't approach it. Take something like Hammer for instance; Hammer has very obvious strengths and weaknesses, it can do very well at close range but it can't fire far. It has three shots but a slow reload period. Hammer has weaknesses that can't be helped. (Unless the fast reload supply everyone wants is introduced.) The only thing that needs to be done is give Vulcan a weakness, then it won't be complained about.

It depends on the spelling. A "newb" is a person who has just bought a game and not yet experienced. A "n00b" is a common variant that is unwilling or incapable of learning, and expects everyone else to do the work and he/she/it to get the praise. They speak in a unique language called "noobish" that is incomprehensible to normal human beings. You can replicate noobish by repeatedly bashing your entire head against a keyboard. A "noob" is a gamer that's generally unskilled but willing to learn and get better.
