Hi there, I think you misunderstood something. Your account isn't created on TankiX yet, it's just that you reserved your nickname so that no one else can use that nickname while creating an account on TankiX. If you don't want to use the reserved nickname, simply don't use the nickname reservation code and make an account with any available nickname once the OBT starts. The feature is completely optional.

I suggest you to forward this issue to the technical support because informing the will raise awareness to the problem.

This issue is new and we have received multiple reports about this. On the log-in panel screen, click "Lost nickname or password?" and enter your email. That might help. Good luck!

Right click on "tankix.exe" file and select "Run as Administrator". After updating the game client, it will restart and start downloading the game data. It will take some time as the size of data is almost 2GB.

You can just link your account to your parent's email. Worry not, the game won't send any extra emails to the inbox.
