Its always been like that with new features, many players just don't read announcements and have no idea what to do. Its just a matter of time before more players discover how to use it.

Most things can only be done in non-pro battles due to powerleveling or similar tactics. For example; before when you got a finish first mission you were able to create a 1 kill pro battle and complete your mission with little to no effort. The same goes for kill tier contests, many people would just create a private battle with a couple of their alts and complete the highest quota with little effort while honest players are struggling. As I've said before; its an unfortunate reality players have created for themselves.

Because you now have 2 days instead of 1 to complete your kill quota.

Unfortunately that doesn't make any difference, you won't receive compensation.

Have noticed the same myself although it wasn't entirely fair on Firebird that you could eliminate all it after burn so easily, again; its about finding a perfect balance.

The system will automatically know how many kills you got and will award the prizes accordingly. However it is down to you to keep track of your own kills so you can know when you have reached your target. I like to write the numbers down at the end of each battle but you could use your ratings.tankionline.com page too.
