It really depends, at your rank I'd say the best option would be a 1hr Poly CP every day, it gets extremely tedious though it worth it in the end. Of course, it relies heavily on how you play.

Many players are having issues in the maps you mentioned, there doesn't seem to be a definite fix unfortunately since critical errors are extremely specific to the situation, it doesn't just depend on the map, the amount of players and what equipment they are using at specific times also contribute.
