When a server restart occurs usually all battles are forcefully ended and everyone recieves thier crystals. The servers aren't restarted off-schedule without very good reason. As of yet we don't know that reason though I'm sure it will be revealed in due course.

What exactly are you experiencing? The servers are currently fully up and running.

Gunslinger kit is only available until Warrant Officer 3, since you ranked up to Warrant Officer 4 you can no longer buy the kit and you'll have to choose from one of the other available kits. No, that isn't considered sabotage, catching gold boxes is based on skill and you can do anything to take them, apart from fly hacking of course. :rolleyes:

HERE it is. As to why it was done, thats a very lengthy discussion. Ultimately it comes down to making the game fairer for everyone and making M3s arrive at Marshall gave everyone an equal opportunity to purchase them at the same rank as each other reducing the amount of 'OP' people.

Next time that happens before buying the second PRO pass reload the game, many times you will receive your crystals back immediately.

Are you using Twins? Twins now has splash damage like Thunder meaning when you get too close to an obstacle while firing you will get self damage.
