all this stemmed from the 2017 m a t c h m a k i n g update (worst update in most players opinions). Tanki Online has become more of a free to access, pay to play kind of game. The devs put out things like these to make more money, but it's really just in the favor of buyers. ex: you can only get containers from completing missions, or by paying upfront. after this update (and many others), I've only seen about 2 thousand people playing on the US server.
