It happens with vulcan every once in a while. You start firing, and it does no damage. You have to stop firing and restart to deal damage again. Its happened in a tight spot of a clan war to me before, and almost made us lose the round. If its the same thing for hammer, I think the devs are aware of it. Its called "ghost bullets" or something like that. There are some topics about it- read through those and see if it is the same problem.

They actually showed it in the most recent Vlog. Some of the developers were looking at data, and it was on the screen. Assuming the axes were scaled the same as before, it actually seemed to have gotten better. However, it was the load graph for the holiday event, and you can assume about 10k more players per day due to that.

I think another problem is the fact that the low ranks are boring. Tanks are super slow, reload times take forever, and it is just super toned down. It takes a while to get through those ranks, so lots of people start playing but don't get hooked. Its a tough thing to change, and it won't be changed- AlternitavaPlatform wants all new tankers to go to TX.

That probably (wild guess here) means that the server is under maintenance... Just wait like 30 mins and try again.

I have to agree. The system for which equipment you can use in battles is confusing, and you can't change weapons. The battles themselves are boring as well- not nearly as fast paced as TO.

Simply switching engines is not possible. TX has been in developement for around 2 years at this point, and its main goal was to modernize tanki. If they could have just switched the current game over, they would have done that instead of making a new game. Then, they could just update graphics of TO.

I already use it reguarlly, and the problem persists anyways. I have redownloaded it and not had any problems yet, but we will see in the next few days. The classic dad advice. "If it hurts, don't do it!"

Wow, I wish I had known about the whole gold counter before. Turns out it was the first gold in the serpuhov game that was my 100th- I'm at 101 golds now. Also 1.5 mil crystals earned. My alt is at 68 golds, and around 500k crystals earned. So I have caught 169 golds, and earned a little over 2 mil crystals.

Lots of troll "buy golds" answers here. Let me first say that I am by no means "popular" in the game, but I am pretty well known on both the forum and in-game. Here is why 1) Time. I have been playing tanki for 2 years. That means i've played against lots of people, and have almost 2k forum posts. This is the main reason why people know who I am. 2) Clans. I have been an active member of esports for 1.5 years, and have been the leader of my clan for half a year. You play against lots of people, and have clan members to play with online alot of the time. 3) AWC. I post in the AWC rather often, and get around 200 views per article I write.

Can you explain more?

I play tanki on the client. Every once in a while, when I minimize tanki to pull up another program or change songs, the game will freeze. It then takes about 1 minute to close after I click the red x in the top right, and when I reload, I am no longer in the game. I was just in a parkour game with a jump hacker, and closed tanki to open my screen recorder. Opened tanki back up, and it was frozen. My computer specs: Intel core i5 1.70 GHz 500 GB HDD 128 GB SSD (Using the optical drive slot and a special tray to hold it) 8 GB RAM I clear cache regularly (once a week). Also, if I leave tanki minimized for a long time (1.5 hours+), when I get back, the game is unresponsive, and chat is not updating. I have to restart the client to be able to click anything. Screenshot shows how the game looks when it does this. It happens most often when I quickly minimize, do something, and reopen. My computer almost completely freezes up for 1 or 2 seconds, and then it becomes responsive again.

1 game, 2 golds against low rankers Shot into the pile with DD, killed a titan and someone else. The titan would have gotten it if I hadn't killed. He started crying in chat later (see spoiler) Second one, got super lucky lag. Somehow got right to the top of the pile. Almost killed the titan again this time, but didn't get a killshot. He cried again in chat lol Also got a gold in an XP/BP earlier, but the screenshot is bad. Just jumped at the right time and went straight through the gold. Waited for all enemies to fire so I wouldn't get killed. One of those 3 was my 100th gold! I'll sort though screenshots and see if I can figure out which one it was.

Strange that that picture is from another account... Anyways, that is just lag. It is unfortunate, but its always gonna be present. However, it is, I would say, 1 in 700-1000 boxes that cannot be picked up. Very insignificant.

Ik this is late, but titan+rail isn't horrible. I have used it a few times in DMs, and with a double damage, it is incredibly strong. People flock to you to kill you, but you can get a few shots off even with people firing at you. I would say freeze/fire and mammy is the worst. On defense, it is too slow to catch up to attackers, and too short range to make up for the slow speed. Don't even try using it for attacking/midfielding....

Wow, this is tough. So many things to take into account... If only MUs and alterations didn't exist.
