so I can post on every single other forum page just like normal. However, for the page Gold Boxes!, there is a problem. I was going to post a gold grab, and went to click in teh box to post the image code, but there was no response. I refreshed and tried again, but to no avail. Also, once I start typing, I cant even click post. Anyone have any explanation? I have no idea why it is doing this

Someone else had the same prob a few weeks back. Not sure who but hopefully they will find this topic and tell how he fixed it

I would have to say the best map for getting golds is any medium map, combined with not having a life for a day... If you have any sort of life outside of Tanki, I would suggest skipping that mission

viking is nice. You have m3 thunder, right? However, I would reccoment horn if you play xp alot because it works well for xp (of course) and it works well-ish with thunder Unfortunately, I wont be getting anything if there is an iron days sale. I only have 40k, so it would have to be a 50% off sale for me to get something like rustle, and with the last sale being a good one, 50 aint happenin. I spent a few crys on MUs for my viking thunder to get them to 7/50 each, which was well-spent

Not sure if you could call "no kill" an unspoken rule. Killing and being killed is part of most decent gold hunters' strats. Not even sure how a 'no kill' rule could be implemented into the game. While I generally only kill during golds if I want to make someone mad or for revenge, I am used to being fired at early after the siren sounds, even if im using something like m3 viking. Gotta learn some good tactics to get around it. SD immediately after the siren sounds if your on a small or medium map, then once you find the drop zone go somewhere close but far enough away to remain inconspicuous.

Lol not exactaly the right place to hate on golds. Maybe try to go for em! Little 40 second break from the normal action to go and try to get it.

So whuzzup with the laggs today? Playing Madness on EN2, I normally run 30-60 fps with rare lag spikes down to like 10, but today I was running about 15-20 with almost constant lag spikes from 4-8 fps. Not sure whats up, but its kinda impossible to play like this

got another. Just joined the game, and was about to go to my garage to change to rail, but the notification appeared. Found the spot easily, and just drove onto it at the right time so both teams were pushing into me. Also, I claimed a prem mission :)

That is true. It makes for a more technically challenging game though. One problem I think there is with the map is that all of the places you spawn are in the valley section of your base, so you have to take a ramp or go through a bottleneck section to get out.

If maps are only popular because of size, why is island and arena popular and Berlin not? Its actually close to the size of polygon and a bit larger than sandbox because of the bridges on the sides. Also, there are a few more gold drop zones than what was listed on the original topic. However, it is a small enough map to find it. Just go the the middle on the upper level and you will automatically be in a good spot

Maybe it will turn back on if you stop talking about it and play. lol jk, I have no idea why that would happen. Sometimes if your headphone jack is faulty, it will only play sound if it is turned the right way in the port. Never heard of anyone losing sound in-game only before

Nice. Decided to make a game on valley. It filled up in abt 5 minutes, but a few times, somebody left and their spot was filled immediateley. First round was a blowout for them while teams filled up, then it evened out and was a nice game. Heres the results of the second game: The score says it was a blowout, but it had a little competition. Third round was nice and even, and we got a gold to drop. Nice drop zone- next to a ledge but in the trough. After the gold 3 of my team members left so it was 5v2 and the game fell apart. Best combos were thunder viking, twins viking, and smoky titan. Strange mix of close quarters and long range, so a good xp player can even flourish if playing well. Overall, great map, it really should be more popular. I have no idea why it is not.
