Monthly review of work by Battle Violation Mods

But, @Cedric Debono is not a programmer. And he never said that he is having issues with a computer, but with the Forum. Besides, he is only employee of AlternativaPlatform in Malta. And he communicates with the team in Russia via Skype. Still...I do not see any evidence. Just speculation.

Do you have any proof that NOW OPEN — Cedric's "Virtual Office" was closed due to, as you say fake reasons? @Cedric Debono said that he is locking the thread, because he is having Forum issues - he was unable to quote posts.

Episode 101 of the V-LOG is here

Maybe my answer about review of chat messages was not the simplest one, but I wanted to give you a graphical representation of the sequence: The Company shall have the right to review chat message ← Company is Tanki Online Europe ltd ← Administration shall mean the persons acting on behalf the Company If you still find my answer not adequate, I'm sorry I have not helped you. But I find my answer concerning the question: "Who or What is the Company?" - adequate. Because you can see who or what is the Company from the screenshots. Since, you are saying that this is the correct answer: Then I have a question for you, because you are saying that chat administrators can not review stored chat messages. How will chat administrator remove the ban, to a player who has been unfairly banned by chat moderator? If chat administrators does not have any kind of access to a chat log, in some form, to review those messages. Then, how they will remove the bans to unfairly banned players? On what grounds? There must be something, some kind of evidence, in some form, concerning these bans. I am not saying that chat administrators are keeping this logs in their computers - that would be really absurd. But, they have to look somewhere, in order to remove the ban, don't they? Personally, I do not mind if administrators have access to the chat log. Because I do not talk about private matters at the chat and I do not break the law. But in view that other players have the right to ask these kind of things, then I also have that right. Thank you for your kind answers.

    Confusing situations....

^ 1. Take a look at this: http://en.tankiwiki.com/Rank_limits 2. Everyone should act in accordance with the Game rules. You have every right to play at you favorite map Monte Carlo, or at any other map. If one of your teammates is deliberately pushing you, that is violation of Game rules. An act of sabotage. Since there is 27 battle_mod moderators, plus 1 battle_mod administrator, they can not watch over every battle 24/7 You can report game violations in: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showforum=158 3. Do not sit on the flag. If you want to defend the flag, move your tank a little behind the flag with your face to the enemy. Even there is no one of your teammates in sight. When you are sitting on the flag, and your teammate is coming closer with the enemy flag to cap it, you should move. If you do not move, you are preventing your team to cap the flag. And then you are sabotaging your team. 4. When you switch the team. Mines that you have planted as a member of a previous team, disappears. You can not kill your teammate.

My opinion about the Gold Box Supply.

Woah woah, there are more maps. So more gold plz :D
  12. Restricting entry per IP address will never happen, as it has been told many times before. For example, in one family two or more siblings are playing Tanki. If one of them violates the rules and gets his IP address banned, then all his siblings are also punished for what he did. Since this is not a penitentiary and the Administration is equally fair to all, that would not work.

It is not enough that you just agree with EULA, but also that you read that contract. The contract between you and the company "Tanki Online Europe Ltd". Because you're one of the parties that gave an agreement. When you clicked OK, it's the same as if you signed a contract. If you actually read the whole EULA, you would find that it is written: But, to get the whole picture, you should also take a look at Game rules I hope this clarifies your inquiry

    Option to hide UI

I like this idea. Although I am not very often taking screenshots of my tank, I know it is really boring to edit every single image in Photoshop. This would be also useful, for those players who are taking screenshots of entire gameplay or battle score. Not only their tanks. Because, some of us are hiding e.g amount of supplies and crystals. And we need to that manually in Photoshop.
