I think what you should do is push the ranks and stretch the dragonet, drag, and elder drag ranks. Ex. Dragnet = WO1 - WO5. Or Master Sergeant to WO5, whatever Drag = 3rd lt - colonel Elder = brigadier - gissimo

Don't change missions that give repair kits, especially in bulk, or some other supply you are low on. Supply missions dont give the right supplies most of the time but give you more worth in supplies than crystals. (i.e. 500 xp mission gives 500 crys and 1K worth supplies)
