Here is a myth: Some staff members don't show their real face on Forum. Somewhere else, like on Skype, they insult us. (We insult them back, of course) Yep, this myth is confirmed. To which admin should I report a staff member that insulted me for no reason, and started a fight with me? (On Skype)

So, why do we even apply for staff? Let's clear some things. I applied for mod, many times, because I want to help and contribute something to our community. But, there is a problem. Many people apply for staff, just because they want to get paid with crystals and special paints. And, how do we even call staff members? We call them volunteers who want to help. That is true, in some cases. So, who is a volunteer? Volunteer is a person who wants to help, for free, without any payments. It would be understandable if staff members would only receive special paints, for their hard work, and not huge amounts of crystals. If they would not get paid with crystals, we would have more honest staff members, who really want to help. :) Please, don't be offended, this is only a suggestion. :)
